Become a Vendor

Requirements - Crafters
  • All items sold must be made or produced by the seller. Resale is strictly prohibited. 

  • All Artisan/Craft vendors must reside in one of the following Counties: Dona Ana, Otero, Luna, Sierra, Grant, Lincoln

  • All Artisan/Craft vendors provide:

    • BTIN Tax ID​

    • Business Registration

    • Proof of Residency

    • Photos of Creation Process Finished Product/Workspace/ You Creating Product

    • We do not accept Videos

Requirements - Agriculture
  • All items sold must be grown/produced by the seller. 

  • Produce/Meat vendors must reside within the State of New Mexico.

  • Honey/Egg/Dairy/Live Plant/Pet Food vendors must reside within one of the following Counties: Dona Ana, Otero, Luna, Sierra, Grant. 

  • All Agricultural vendors provide:

    • Proof of Residency​

    • Photos of Crop/Animals/Process, etc. 

Requirements - Prepared/ Prepackaged Food
  • Prepared food vendors must reside in Dona Ana County. (Prepared is made onsite)

  • Prepackaged food vendors must reside in one of the following Counties: Dona Ana, Otero, Luna, Sierra, Grant, Lincoln.

  • All Prepared/Prepackaged Food vendors provide:

    • BTIN Tax ID​

    • Business Registration

    • Proof of Residency

    • Food Processing Permit(if required)

    • Food Liability Insurance

    • Auto Liability Insurance (if required)

    • Food Handlers Card

    • Photos of Process/Kitchen/You Creating/ Copy of Label/Finished Items/(Prepackaged foods)

    • Menu or List of Food Items

    • Homemade Food Act Information 

Requirements - Non Profits 
  • Non Profit organizations are permitted to set up once per calendar month free of charge to provide information.

  • Non Profit organizations must have a local office in Dona Ana County.

  • Political Organizations are not permitted. 

  • All Non Profit vendors provide:

    • Proof of Non Profit Status

Cost
  • Please do not mail payments without application approval. 

  • All vendors pay a $25 annual membership fee.

  • Temporary vendors pay $20 per space, per week.

  • Permanent vendors pay a $170 per space, per quarter. 

Please review the complete Policies and Procedures before submitting an orientation request. If you do qualify and all applicable permits, licenses, etc have been obtained, you can submit your info using the contact us box located at the menu above. Please be sure to list what you intend to vend.
